Patalya Thermal Resort Hotel is where students from Başkent University School of Applied Sciences and Vocational School of Social Sciences do practical training.
It is located in Soguksu National Park at Kizilcahamam, 78 km. from Ankara. This is a hot-springs resort in a pine forest, leased by Baskent University from the Ministry of Forests for 49 years.
The hotel has 156 rooms (four suites) with 312 beds, two conference halls, two thermal pools, several restaurants, saunas, baths, a solarium, and a gym. The heating system is maintained through thermal water.
